The Unseen Thread: How Our Virtual Admin Team Stays Stronger Than Ever 💻✨

Let’s be honest—building culture behind screens isn’t always easy. When you’re miles (or oceans!) apart, it’s easy for a team to drift into task mode, checklists, and silence. But that’s never been our story.
We are a fully remote admin team powered by brilliant virtual assistants—and every Monday morning and Friday afternoon, we show up not just as team members but as humans first.
Every Monday at 8am, our cameras come on, our coffee mugs come out, and we begin with connection. We talk about our weekends, our families, our parcels from online shopping (you know we do!😂), and then dive into what’s ahead. We look at the week with fresh eyes:
This meeting isn’t just about alignment—it’s about intention. Starting the week with heart and strategy keeps us efficient and energized, even from afar.
And then comes Friday afternoon—our sweet space to slow down and reflect. We call it our Weekly Recap, but it’s really become a virtual team campfire 🔥
We share:
Sometimes we ask for a bit more training. Sometimes we celebrate a teammate’s big win. Sometimes we just need to laugh and talk about how we couldn't have a proper sleeping schedule. 😂
We may not be in the same office, but we are absolutely a team—woven together by trust, transparency, and a whole lot of heart.
And the truth is, it only works because of the kind of people we support. Rachel and Ryan—our operators, second parents, leaders, and friends (yes, they wear all those hats!)—lead with gratitude and vision. Their example sets the tone for everything we do.
Even though we’ve never met the whole team in person, we feel them. We know the impact we’re making. And that’s what keeps us showing up, smiling, and slaying inboxes like the legends we are. 💪🏽💛
Here’s to the virtual teams building real culture. You don’t have to share an office to build something amazing—you just need a meeting rhythm, a little vulnerability, and leaders who see the magic in you.

- What’s the big picture this week?
- Are there roadblocks ahead we can prepare for?
- What habits or tasks need tightening up?
- How do we make sure we’re supporting the team before they need us?

- What worked
- What didn’t
- Where we felt stuck
- What we learned
- Where we can grow
