How Our Virtual Admin Team Uses Feedback to Level Up 💬✨
We don’t have sales stats.
We don’t track conversions.
We don’t hit "pending" or "closed" like the agents we support.

But that doesn’t mean our work can’t be measured.

We just do it a little differently.

Twice a year, we ask our agents to evaluate us.
Not in a formal HR kind of way.
More like—hey, how are we really doing?

What we ask matters.

✔️ What would you like us to train on?
✔️ Where can we be better?
✔️ Is there a system you wish worked smoother?
✔️ Are we communicating well?
✔️ Do you feel supported by our team?

And we break it down:

Because we want feedback that’s honest and specific. That helps us reflect. That leads to action.

Here’s what happens next:
